Aviah Stillman – Watershed Assistant

Aviah Stillman joined the Center for the Inland Bays as the Watershed Assistant in August 2021. Prior to joining the Center, Aviah worked as an Associate Research Specialist at the Center for Limnology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She holds a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

In addition to her time in scientific research, Aviah has spent the last two years in ministry, serving as a Youth Minister and Director of Faith Formation. She also performed service as a Project Manager for Engineers Without Borders during her time at UW-Madison.

Having a large affinity for water, Aviah enjoys many recreational activities in the Bays and on the ocean including paddle boarding, swimming, and going to the beach! She also frequently walks the Thompson Island Trail, watches the sunrise over the ocean, and loves to bike through Gordon’s Pond.
