Account Set Up

• Complete application
  • This will automatically create a volunteer profile.
  • Please, complete your profile with a photo and any pertinent information that will help people know you and your engagement with the Center.
• Log on from Center website OR  myimpactpage.com OR My Impact App.
  • Use your username and password for any access method.
• Access “Help” from the top right corner of your volunteer impact account to learn about any task a volunteer maybe allow to do from the software.
• Bookmark the Admin Login link (https://app.betterimpact.com/Login/Admin) to your browser bookmark bar.

• Access using this link: https://support.betterimpact.com/siteguide/my-impact-app/ from your phone or tablet.
• Select your device type
• Follow the download instructions
• Use your username and password to login.

you will find step by step instructions and descriptive videos with helpful information about:

• Your Volunteer Profile
  • Update qualifications, interests, availability and others.
• Signing Up

  • The Center will create online training materials that will be accessible from your profile account.
• Your Schedule
  • Access opportunities that you have signed up for, withdraw from an activity and more.

  • Log new hours and feedback, view hours and feedback, generate a timeclockQR code, and more.
