Join us as we walk through the James Farm Ecological Preserve and learn about the transition from winter to spring. To prepare for spring, participants will get to make their very own wildflower seed shaker and Center staff will be giving a DIY vermicomposting demonstration.

Closed-toe shoes are encouraged. Please bring water, sunscreen and insect repellant, if desired since the Preserve can be buggy.

Please note: Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent/guardian present at all times. Thank you for your cooperation. By registering for this program you will be added to the Center’s e-newsletter.

This program is weather permitting. Attendance is FREE, donations can be made on our website at your discretion.
