The 2024 Water Family Fest and Native Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 4, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Note: This event is rain or shine.
Discover more about environmental efforts in Delaware and the importance of native plants! This family-friendly festival features outdoor recreation and educational opportunities, nature-based organizations, food trucks, and a native plant sale.
The event will highlight the work DNREC, the Center, and other organizations do to improve Delaware’s wetlands, water, and recreational shorelines. Local nurseries will be there to answer questions on native species and will have a variety of native plants for sale to the public.
Kids activities, giveaways, yummy grub and drinks.
FREE and open to all ages.
