The Center presents dinner & a movie! Dinner provided by Signatures at Bayside followed by a screening of “Salted Earth”, a documentary about climate threats. The film will be followed by a panel discussion with Center staff and several folks who worked on the film.

- Roasted Pork Loin with Whole Grain Mustard Cream Sauce
- Chicken & Sausage Jambalaya
- Roasted Brussels with Gochujang Brown Butter
- Smashed Garlic Roasted Potatoes
- Dessert: Apple Strudel with Salted Caramel Sauce
