Come out and “Stand Up” for our Inland Bays!   Delaware Center for the Inland Bays and our amazing friends at CheSUPeake are teaming up to offer you an adventure-filled day of paddle fun!!  Various paddle race distances and a ‘recreational paddle’ option are part of the mix, so there’s something for everyone. Plus, live music from Homestead Bluegrass Band, tasty & healthy food from Taco Reho and Bountiful Bowls, cold beverages from Dewey Beer Co., lots of enviro-education, raffles and more. Come out and help raise funds to restore, protect, and preserve our Inland Bays!

Stand Up for the Bays features 4 different courses in Indian River Bay starting and finishing at Holts Landing State Park. There are opportunities for racers of all ages; and categories for stand-up paddleboards (SUP), Surfski, Sea Kayaks (14′ and up only), OC1, and OC2. Aside from a fun paddle & post-paddle fest, registered racers/paddlers will receive an event t-shirt, one post-paddle beverage, and some tasty post-paddle grub.
