The Scientific and Technical Advisory Committee (STAC) wind subcommittee is tasked with understanding impacts, if any, associated with the construction, operations, and maintenance of offshore wind near coastal Delaware, most likely from transmission lines that connect the offshore array into the distribution center located within the watershed. The Center’s STAC is composed of scientists and restoration practitioners with a wide range of expertise in issues of the ecological health of the Inland Bays.
